With a background in NGO work, recruiting, and fundraising, Bailey is excited to use her skills to advance the mission of Christmas Connection. Bailey has a high conviction for her work to have purpose and is excited to “link those in need of giving to those in need of receiving”, as said by our founder Barbara Fagin. Originally from Northwest Arkansas, Bailey graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2015 with a degree in English and Journalism. Bailey moved to the Oklahoma City area in late 2023 and is excited to engage in the community!
